Dr. Hardee has wide experience in project design, including conceptual frameworks and theories of change. She has designed and implemented numerous quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods studies and M&E plans. Dr. Hardee has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, including developing Measurement, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) plans, results frameworks, log frames, indictors and measurement tools. Dr. Hardee served as co-lead of the FP2020 Performance Monitoring and Evidence (PME) working group. She was instrumental in developing and carrying out the M&E plans for policy and implementation science projects. She is expert in synthesizing evidence for reports, briefs and journal articles.
She has participated on project evaluation teams and has deep experience writing and publishing a range of technical and project material, including reports, working papers, briefs, presentations, resource and user’s guides, and peer reviewed articles. Dr. Hardee is a skilled trainer and educator on the topics she works on.
